A very sad day

It’s not okay to criticize me, when you hardly know me. It breaks my heart.

It’s about time I do this

I’m never one to do this, but I’m starting to realize that apologizing may just be one of the greatest little diamonds in the world. It can save a relationship, and even a life.

I hope you forgive me, because I love you more than we both know. It’s just hard to show it mom.

I have met someone new,

who likes me for me.

I like him. Scratch that.

I want to like him, but

He just isn’t you…

I hate that I can find so many nice guys, and yet, the only person I desire is the one that hurts me the most. You are a rare gem. So strong against the elements, and so beautiful with me. You make my life glimmer [off & on], but I need someone who will make it shine [always].

I can’t keep wishing for “us” because if it hasn’t happened by now, I know it never will.

Just understand, that when you make me cry, there is another guy letting me cry on his shoulder. & when you ignore me, he’s here listening to me. Love takes time to grow.
